Sunday Table: Small Batch Banana Crumb Muffins
For cozy fall mornings
Lately, I’ve been alllll about small-batch recipes, they’re so much easier to test and tweak until they’re just right without having tons of leftovers!
Plus, for banana bread you usually need three ripe bananas and well, what about if you have two left?! Enter: banana crumb muffins.
And! On another note I have a question for you! For 2026, I’m revamping my paid subscriber option to make it more valuable, practical, and fun. And what I’m thinking so far is….The Monthly Seasonal Meal Plan.
Each month will include 4–5 plant-forward, small-batch recipes (think lunches, dinners, maybe a dessert or snack), plus a seasonal shopping guide, ingredient swaps, and simple prep hacks to make cooking feel less stressful and more intentional. It’ll launch in January 2026, so there’s still time to shape it, I’d loooove your thoughts!
And beyond that I’ll still be sending out produce guides and recipes for free and paid subscribers of course :)
Now, onto these banana crumb muffins…Pair one with a hot cup of coffee or tea for the coziest fall morning.
Happy baking xoxo.
